correctamente, la bomba debe ofrecer un
funcionamiento silencioso.
Además, se evidencian las siguientes
observaciones:
- Para líquidos a temperaturas superiores a las
de prueba, la altura de elevación manométrica
en alimentación disminuye en relación con el
peso volúmico del liquido.
- En la elevación de líquidos viscosos, disminuyen
el caudal y la altura de elevación y la potencia
absorbida aumenta. En dicho caso, limitar el
caudal máximo de uso para no incurrir en
intervenciones frecuentes de la protección de
sobrecarga.
- La bomba no debería estar sujeta a más de 20
arranques por hora para no someter el motor a
solicitaciones térmicas excesivas. Si se dispone
de un dispositivo de arranque estrella/triángulo,
el antedicho número puede elevarse ligeramente.
- La bomba no debería trabajar por períodos
prolongados con la compuerta en alimentación
cerrada. En el caso que sea inevitable, y en los
casos que el caudal de alimentación deba ser
modulado, realizar lo citado en el capítulo
“instalación”.
- Las bombas instaladas en ambientes no
protegidos contra el frío, deben vaciarse todas
las veces que permanezcan inoperativas y lavar
el interior con agua emulsionada con un
inhibidor de corrosión.
6. Mantenimiento
Las electrobombas no necesitan, para su
funcionamiento, mantenimiento programado
alguno porque los cojinetes en el motor están
pre-gasificados a vida y los sellos mecánicos están
lubricados por el mismo líquido bombeado.
7. Conexión
La disposición con 6 bornes permite, con la
conexión de los mismos en triángulo (
