8. Inconvenientes, probables causas y soluciones
Inconveniente Búsqueda de la causa Soluciones
5 La protección
interviene a
menudo
A - Ver si el calibrado de la protección ha sido
ejecutado a un valor de corriente más bajo de
aquel de absorción del motor a plena carga.
B - Una fase falta por defecto de los contactos o
del cable de alimentación.
C - Líquido viscoso y con peso volúmico muy
superior al del agua.
D - Existen ligeros raspados entre partes fijas y
móviles.
A - Corregir el calibrado.
B - Limpiar y restablecer los contactos
o sustituir el cable de alimentación.
C - Reducir ligeramente el caudal
regulando la compuerta en
alimentación. Si esto no es
aceptable, solicitar un motor más
potente.
D - Eliminar la causa del rascado.
6 El eje gira con
dificultad
A - Ver si existen obstrucciones en el motor o en la
bomba.
B - Como 5D.
C - Verificar el estado de los cojinetes.
A - Como 2B.
B - Como 5D.
C - Sustituir el cojinete dañado.
7 La bomba vibra
y tiene un
funcionamiento
ruidoso con
caudal
inconstante.
A - Funcionamiento superior al caudal de la placa.
B - La bomba y las tuberías no están fijadas
rígidamente.

D - Como 3G.
A - Reducir el caudal.
B - Fijar bien las partes flojas o no
bloqueadas.

8 La bomba gira
