10.3. AANBEVOLEN BANDENSPANNING

Juiste bandenspanning is essentieel voor optimale prestaties. Banden met hogere druk zullen doorgaans sneller

rollen en geven een lagere rolweerstand, maar leveren minder grip. Banden met lagere druk zorgen normaal

gesproken voor extra grip en controle, ten koste van rolweerstand. Te weinig druk zorgt echter wel voor een hoger

risico op beschadiging van de velg en mogelijke “burpende” banden (vrijkomende lucht bij tubeless banden).

Experimenteer met verschillende bandenspanning in verschillende omstandigheden om te bepalen welke

bandenspanning het beste voor u werkt.

Gebruik een hoogwaardige drukmeter en raadpleeg de bandenspanning-aanbevelingen die op de zijkant van de

banden staan vermeld.

TECHNISCHE TIP: Vanwege het extra gewicht van de VADO SL ﬁets, moet de bandenspanning in het

algemeen hoger zijn in vergelijking met een gewone ﬁets.

I live in AZ and I'm concerned about the summer heat in the garage and how it might effect the battery since the battery is not removable. Storing the bike is not an option, unfortunately. Submitted on 19-4-2022 at 18:59

Chain comes off gear hub when shifting gear to highest. There does not seem to be resistance to this Submitted on 9-3-2022 at 18:04
