6.8 Allineamento delle ruote
Regolazione dell'allineamento delle ruote
NOTA: Perché la carrozzina sia perfettamente manovrabile, è
fondamentale l'allineamento corretto delle ruote posteriori da cui
dipende la loro posizione ottimale. Per verificare la correttezza
dell'allineamento, misurare la distanza tra le ruote anteriori e le ruote
posteriori e controllare che siano tra loro parallele. La differenza tra le
due misurazioni non deve superare i 5 mm. L'assetto parallelo può
essere regolato allentando le viti (1) e ruotando l'adattatore dell'asse
(3).
Dopo le operazioni di regolazione, verificate che tutte le viti siano ben
avvitate, (Fig. 6.8.1 a Fig. 6.8.2). Serrare di nuovo le viti Allen a una
coppia di serraggio di 8 Nm.
AVVERTENZA!
Attenzione: durante la regolazione del centro di gravità della seduta,
la carrozzina potrebbe ribaltarsi!
Regolazione della larghezza dell'interasse posteriore
L'interasse posteriore equivale alla distanza tra il lato superiore delle
ruote posteriori e i tubi dello schienale ed è impostato in fabbrica a
125 mm. Questo valore deve essere aumentato se è necessario
aumentare la distanza tra gli pneumatici e i braccioli regolabili in
altezza opzionali.
Quando si regola l’interasse delle ruote posteriori:
• Spostare la piastra dell’asse (3) inserendolo o estraendolo dalla
staffa dell’asse (2).
• Allentare le viti Allen (1) della parte posteriore della staffa dell’asse.
• Muovere l'adattatore dell’asse (3) avanti o indietro fino a regolare
l'interasse nel modo desiderato.
• Serrare di nuovo le viti a brugola (1) procedendo in due fasi.
a) Serrare entrambe le viti a brugola applicando una coppia di
serraggio di 5 Nm.
b) Serrare ulteriormente le viti a brugola applicando una coppia di
serraggio di 8 Nm.
• Ripetere la procedura sul lato destro della carrozzina adottando
la stessa distanza impostata per il lato sinistro (Figg. 6.8.1 e
6.8.2).
ATTENZIONE!
• Quando si regola l'interasse posteriore, regolare prima una ruota e
poi l'altra.
• Dopo aver spostato o rimosso la piastra dell’asse, sarà necessario
verificare l’allineamento della ruota e, se necessario, regolarlo (fare
riferimento alla sezione “Allineamento delle ruote”).
• Quando sull’adattatore dell’asse si applicano di nuovo le viti a
brugola (1), si DEVE usare un frenafiletti Loctite™ 243.
