Das Headset lässt sich nicht einschalten.
Überprüfen Sie, ob der Akku vollständig geladen ist.
Sie können das Headset nicht einschalten, wenn es sich im Ladeetui befindet und geladen wird. Nehmen Sie das
Headset aus dem Ladeetui, um es einzuschalten.
Laden Sie das Ladeetui auf.
Setzen Sie das Headset in das Ladeetui ein und schließen Sie den Deckel des Ladeetuis.
Manche Probleme lassen sich durch das Einsetzen des Headsets in das Ladeetui beheben.
Wenn Service Link mit der App „Sony | Headphones Connect“ eingeschaltet wird, verwenden Sie die rechte Einheit
des Headsets. Sie können nicht nur die linke Einheit des Headsets verwenden.
Je nach den Funktionen, die den Touchsensoren zugewiesen sind, und/oder der Einstellung für den
Sprachassistenten ist es unter Umständen nicht möglich, nur eine Einheit des Headsets zu verwenden.
Beachten Sie Folgendes und überprüfen Sie die Einstellung in der App „Sony | Headphones Connect“.
Setzen Sie das Headset zurück.
Initialisieren Sie das Headset und koppeln Sie Headset und Gerät erneut.

Mobile Device] Beide Headset-Einheiten können verwendet werden.
[Google Assistant] oder
[Amazon Alexa]
Nur die Headset-Einheit, bei der die Touchsensor-Steuerungsfunktion auf [Playback
control] gesetzt wurde, kann verwendet werden.
Weisen Sie die Funktion [Playback control] der Headset-Einheit zu, die Sie
verwenden wollen.
Werkseitig wurde [Playback control] der rechten Einheit zugewiesen.
Wenn Sie [Playback control] beiden Headset-Einheiten zuweisen, steht die
vollständige Funktionalität nur an der rechten Einheit zur Verfügung.
[Do not use] Beide Headset-Einheiten können verwendet werden.
