Einheit, der Amazon Alexa zugewiesen ist. Prüfen Sie die Einstellung des Headsets mit der App „Sony | Headphones Connect“.
Prüfen oder aktualisieren Sie mit der App „Sony | Headphones Connect“ die Softwareversion des Headsets.
Wenn Amazon Alexa nicht verfügbar ist, weil beispielsweise keine Verbindung zum Netzwerk besteht, hören Sie die
Sprachführung „Either your mobile device isn’t connected; or you need to open the Alexa App and try again“ (Entweder ist Ihr
Mobilgerät nicht verbunden oder Sie müssen die Alexa-App öffnen und es erneut versuchen) von beiden Headset-Einheiten
(bzw. von der Headset-Einheit, die Sie tragen).
Hinweis
Wenn Sie das Headset in der Amazon Alexa-App konfigurieren, hängt es von den Einstellungen der Headset-Funktionen und
den Nutzungsbedingungen ab, welche Touchsensor-Funktion der linken oder rechten Einheit des Headsets Amazon Alexa
zugewiesen wird. Sie können die vorherigen Funktionen für den Touchsensor wiederherstellen, indem Sie ihre Einstellungen mit
der App „Sony | Headphones Connect“ ändern.
Amazon Alexa kann der Headset-Einheit zugewiesen werden, deren Touchsensor die Musikwiedergabefunktion zugewiesen

Amazon Alexa und Google Assistant können dem Headset nicht gleichzeitig zugewiesen sein.

Standort variieren.
