To activate sound with vibration for incoming calls
1 Find and tap Settings > Sound.
2 Tap the Also vibrate for calls slider to enable the function.
Sounds and tones
To set the ringtone
1 Find and tap Settings > Sound > Phone ringtone.
2 Dual SIM users, select a SIM card.
3 Select an option from the list or tap Add ringtone and select a music file
that is saved on your device.
4 To confirm, tap OK.

on page 69. Dual
SIM users can set dierent ringtones for each SIM card.
To set the notification sound
1 Find and tap Settings > Sound > Notification sound.
2 Select a sound from the list or select None to turn o all notification sounds
and set your notifications to vibrate only.
3 To select a music file that is saved on your device, tap Add ringtone.
4 To confirm, tap OK.
You can change your app settings to allow a sound from a specific app even when the
notification sound is set to None. See
Notifications
on page 28.
To enable or disable other sounds and tones
1 Find and tap Settings > Sound > Advanced.
2 Tap the sliders to enable or disable the dierent sounds and tones.
Dynamic Vibration
The Dynamic Vibration feature enhances your media experience by adding
synchronised vibration when you watch videos or listen to music on your device. To
learn more about this feature, go to Settings > Sound > Dynamic Vibration.
Dynamic Vibration turns o automatically in the following cases:
• The media volume is set to silent.
• The backlight is o.
• The device is being charged wirelessly.
• STAMINA mode is activated.
Dynamic Vibration does not work with all media apps.

Mild Less vibration
Normal Well-balanced vibration
Powerful More vibration
To adjust Dynamic Vibration settings within a media app
1 Open the desired media app, for example YouTube or the Album app.
2 Start playback of the media contents.
3 Press the volume key to open the volume panel.
4 Drag the slider for Dynamic Vibration to set the preferred level for this app.
5 The Dynamic Vibration setting is saved for next time you use this app.
There is no vibration if the media volume is set to silent.
