De headset initialiseren om de fabrieksinstellingen te herstellen

Als de headset zelfs na het resetten ervan niet correct werkt, moet u de headset initialiseren.

Schakel de headset uit terwijl de USB Type-C-kabel losgekoppeld is en houd vervolgens de -knop (voeding) en

CUSTOM-knop (aangepast) gedurende 7 seconden of langer tegelijk ingedrukt.

De indicator (blauw) knippert 4 keer ( ) en de headset wordt geïnitialiseerd. Hierdoor worden de

fabrieksinstellingen (voor het volume enz.) opnieuw ingesteld en wordt alle koppelingsinformatie verwijderd. Wis in dat

geval de koppelingsinformatie voor de headset van het apparaat en koppel de apparaten opnieuw.

Als de headset zelfs na het initialiseren niet correct werkt, neem dan contact op met uw dichtstbijzijnde Sony-handelaar.

Opmerking

Als u de software van de headset na de aankoop geüpdatet hebt, blijft de software geüpdatet, zelfs als u de headset initialiseert.

Wanneer u de headset initialiseert om na het wijzigen van de taal van de gesproken berichten de fabrieksinstellingen te

herstellen, zal de taal ook opnieuw ingesteld zijn op de fabrieksinstelling.
