Dankzij de meerdere-monitorsmodus kunt u specifieke delen van het bureaublad weergeven op verschillende monitoren.
Als u bijvoorbeeld een extern beeldscherm op de monitorpoort (VGA) hebt aangesloten, kunnen uw computerscherm en
het externe beeldscherm als één bureaubladmonitor fungeren.
U kunt de cursor van het ene naar het andere scherm verplaatsen. Hierdoor kunt u objecten (bijvoorbeeld een
toepassingsvenster of een werkbalk) van het ene scherm naar het andere slepen.

Het is mogelijk dat het externe beeldscherm de functie van de meerdere-monitorsmodus niet ondersteunt.
Het is mogelijk dat bepaalde software niet compatibel is met de instellingen van de meerdere-monitorsmodus.
Zorg ervoor dat de computer niet in de slaap- of sluimerstand kan worden gezet tijdens het gebruik van de meerdere-monitorsmodus, anders bestaat
de kans dat de computer niet terugkeert naar de normale modus.
Als u voor elk scherm andere kleuren instelt, mag u één venster niet verdelen over twee schermen, anders is het mogelijk dat de software niet behoorlijk
werkt.
Stel minder kleuren of een lagere resolutie in voor elk scherm.
