Wanneer u geen PC Card gebruikt, plaatst u de PC Card-sleufbeveiliging om de sleuf te beschermen tegen stof en vuil. Plaats de PC Card-
sleufbeveiliging in de sleuf voordat u de computer verplaatst.

Mogelijk werken sommige apparaten niet naar behoren als u teruggaat naar de normale modus vanuit Sleep (stand-by) of de Hibernate-stand (slaapstand).
Als de PC Card zich in de computer bevindt en u overschakelt van de normale modus naar Sleep (stand-by) of de Hibernate-stand (slaapstand), is het
mogelijk dat een op de computer aangesloten apparaat niet wordt herkend. Start de computer opnieuw op om dit probleem op te lossen. Als u de
computer opnieuw opstart, wordt de originele status van de computer hersteld.
Als de kaart in de sleuf zit, kan de computer mogelijk niet in de Hibernate-stand (slaapstand) worden gezet. Mogelijk kan de computer wel op stand-by
worden gezet. Het wordt aanbevolen dat u de kaart verwijdert voordat u de computer in de Hibernate-stand (slaapstand) zet.
Gebruik het meest recente softwarestuurprogramma van de fabrikant van de PC Card.
Forceer een PC Card nooit in de sleuf. Dit zou immers de connectorpinnen kunnen beschadigen. Als u problemen hebt om een PC Card te plaatsen,
controleert u of u de kaart wel met de juiste kant in de sleuf steekt. Raadpleeg de handleiding van uw PC Card voor meer informatie.
