• Controllare che i cavi di collegamento
siano lontano da un trasformatore o
motore e ad almeno 3 m da un televisore o
una luce a fluorescenza.
• Allontanare il televisore dai componenti
audio.
• Accertarsi di aver messo a massa il
terminale SIGNAL GND U (soltanto
quando è collegato un giradischi).
• Le spine e le prese sono sporche. Pulirle
con un panno leggermente inumidito con
alcool.
Non c’è il suono o si sente soltanto un
suono con livello molto basso dai
diffusori centrale/surround/surround
posteriori.
• Selezionare un modo CINEMA STUDIO
EX (pagina 74).
• Regolare il livello dei diffusori
(pagina 76).
• Verificare che il diffusore centrale/ i
diffusori surround siano impostati su
“SMALL” o “LARGE” (pagina 66).
• Verificare che i diffusori surround
posteriori siano impostati su “DUAL” o
“SINGLE” (pagina 66).
Non c’è il suono dai diffusori surround
posteriori.
• Alcuni dischi non hanno l’indicatore
Dolby Digital Surround EX anche se le
confezioni hanno i logo Dolby Digital
Surround EX. In questo caso, selezionare
“ON” nel “SB DEC MODE” (pagina 61).
Non viene emesso alcun suono dal
subwoofer.
• Controllare che il subwoofer sia collegato
correttamente e saldamente.
• Accertarsi di aver acceso il diffusore.
• Quando tutti i diffusori sono impostati su
“LARGE” e “Neo:6 Cinema”, o “Neo:6
Music” è selezionato, non c’è il suono dal
subwoofer.
Non è possibile ottenere l’effetto
surround.
• Accertarsi che la funzione del campo
sonoro sia attivata (premere MOVIE o
MUSIC).
• I campi sonori non funzionano per i
segnali con una frequenza di
campionamento di oltre 48 kHz.
Il suono multicanale Dolby Digital o
DTS non viene riprodotto.
• Controllare che il DVD, ecc. in corso di
riproduzione sia registrato nel formato
Dolby Digital o DTS.
• Quando si collega il lettore DVD, ecc. alle
prese di ingresso digitale di questo
ricevitore, accertarsi che l’impostazione
per l’uscita audio digitale del componente
collegato sia disponibile.
La registrazione non può essere
eseguita.
• Controllare che i componenti siano
collegati correttamente (pagina 17, 23).
• Selezionare il componente della sorgente
che usa INPUT SELECTOR (pagina 47).
La spia MULTI CHANNEL DECODING
non si illumina in blu.
• Controllare che il componente di
riproduzione sia collegato su una presa
digitale e l’ingresso sia selezionato
correttamente sul ricevitore.
• Controllare se la sorgente in ingresso del
software in corso di riproduzione
corrisponde al formato multicanale.
• Controllare se l’impostazione sul
componente di riproduzione è impostata
sul suono multicanale.
• Controllare se l’uscita audio digitale
dell’ingresso selezionato non viene
assegnata ad un altro ingresso componente
usando la funzione DIGITAL ASSIGN
(pagina 89).
