Frame rate
Set the frame rate of the image.
“fps” is a unit indicating the number of frames
transmitted per second.
The frame rate of JPEG images can be changed by the
setting of Image quality.
I-picture interval
Set the I-picture insertion interval in seconds.
B-picture
Select whether B-picture is available or not. Only when
the image size is more than 1920 × 1080 with H.264, it
can be set.
H.264 profile
Set the profile setting for H.264 video codec to high or
main. The video compression efficiency is high and
main in sequence. The specified profile may not be
available depending on the program you use. Select the
profile which is suitable for your program.
Bit rate compression mode
Set CBR or VBR.
If you want to keep the bit rate fixed, select CBR. If you
want to keep the image quality fixed, select VBR.
Note
The frame rate or bit rate that is actually transmitted may
be different from the set values depending on image size,
scene, network environment.
Bit rate
When Bit rate compression mode is set to CBR
The bit rate of the image transmission for a line can be
set. When the bit rate is set to a high level, a high image
quality can be delivered.
When Bit rate compression mode is set to VBR, set the
target bit rate.
Max
When Bit rate compression mode is set to VBR, set the
maximum value of bit rate.
Note
If you reboot the camera after changing the output mode,
the following parameter is initialized.
JPEG quality
When Codec is set to JPEG, the image quality settings
are enabled.
The higher the value, the higher the image quality.
Intelligent cropping Tab
Function to crop the area of interest from a full image.
You can monitor the the area of interest with a high-
quality image with less bit rate by providing a full image
and area of interest image cropped from 4K resolution.
This option is available when Intelligent cropping
(Full HD) and Intelligent cropping (VGA) are selected
for output mode (System > Installation tab)
Image
If the output mode is set to Intelligent cropping (Full
HD), 2 to 3 are selectable.
If the output mode is set to Intelligent cropping (VGA),
2 to 5 are selectable.
Note
Enable each image in the Video codec tab.
Mode
Select between manual setting (Static) and moving
object tracking (Dynamic).
Static: Crop the area which is set manually. Adjust the
fixing position in the preview screen.
Dynamic: Waits at the home position until the moving
object is detected. After detecting the moving object
in the area, the cropping area will move
automatically.
Adjust the home position in the preview screen.
Note
To select the Dynamic, perform the motion detection
settings in advance.
Tracking monitoring range
Set the Trap area to Specific or Full.
Timeout of lost tracking
Select the time duration to wait and search moving
objects after the moving object disappears from the
view, and restart tracking.
