Voor u een reparatie aanvraagt
Het systeem herkent het USB-apparaat niet of het USB-apparaat
werkt niet naar behoren.
Controleer of het apparaat correct is ingevoerd.
Het aangesloten apparaat is mogelijk niet bruikbaar met het
systeem.
Probeer een andere USB-aansluiting op het PS3™-systeem. Het
apparaat wordt mogelijk niet herkend afhankelijk van de combinatie
van USB-aansluitingen die in gebruik zijn.
In bepaalde gevallen herkent het systeem het apparaat niet als een
externe USB-hub wordt gebruikt en meer dan het toegewezen
aantal apparaten is aangesloten. Probeer ongebruikte apparaten te
verwijderen.
Bij aansluiting van een USB-apparaat, verschijnt het bericht [Er is
een onbekend USB-apparaat aangesloten].
Het aangesloten apparaat is mogelijk niet compatibel met het
systeem of de softwaretoepassing.
Het apparaat is mogelijk alleen compatibel met specifieke software.
Gebruik software die compatibel is met het apparaat.
Er zijn mogelijk te veel USB-hubs aangesloten. Verwijder een USB-
hub.
Draadloze controller
De draadloze controller werkt niet.
Als u de draadloze controller gebruikt, moet u deze koppelen met
het systeem en een controllernummer toewijzen. Terwijl het systeem
is ingeschakeld (activiteitsindicator brandt ononderbroken groen),
verbindt u het systeem en de controller via de USB-kabel en drukt u
op de PS-toets op de controller.
Het controllernummer is mogelijk gewist. Druk op de PS-toets op de
controller om het nummer opnieuw toe te wijzen.
Bij bepaalde software moet u mogelijk een specifiek
controllernummer gebruiken. Raadpleeg de handleiding van de
gebruikte software.
Controleer het laadniveau van de batterij van de draadloze
controller. In draadloze modus zal de controller niet werken als de
batterij leeg is. Verbind de controller via een USB-kabel met het
systeem om de batterij op te laden.
Als u de controller zelfs niet kunt gebruiken na controle van de
bovenstaande zaken, reset de draadloze controller door met een
voorwerp met een scherpe punt, zoals een pen, op de resettoets
aan de achterzijde van de controller te drukken.
Reset toets
De draadloze controller functioneert niet normaal.
Reset de draadloze controller door met een voorwerp met een
dunne punt, bijvoorbeeld een pen, de reset toets aan de achterkant
van de controller in te duwen.
De draadloze controller trilt niet.
Selecteer
(Instellingen) (Randapparatuurinstellingen)
[Controller vibratie functie] en probeer vervolgens [Vibratie functie]
op [Aan] in te stellen.
De software ondersteunt mogelijk de trilling functie niet. Raadpleeg
de handleiding van de software. Raadpleeg de informatie over
compatibiliteit die te vinden is in de online beschrijving van de
software voor software die van
(PlayStation
®
Store) werd
gedownload.
