Problemen oplossen
Zelfdiagnosefunctie
Deze televisie heeft een zelfdiagnosefunctie. Als er een probleem met de televisie is, knippert het / (stand-by/slaap) lampje
herhaaldelijk rood. Schrijf op hoe lang en hoe vaak het lampje knippert om de Sony-handelaar of het servicecentrum te informeren
te helpen bij een juiste diagnose van het probleem.
1 Controleer hoe lang het / (stand-by/slaap) lampje knippert en stopt met knipperen.
Het lampje kan bijvoorbeeld twee seconden knipperen, één seconde stoppen met knipperen en weer twee seconden knipperen.
2 Druk op de & (aan/uit) schakelaar op de televisie om de televisie uit te schakelen, trek de stekker uit het stopcontact en neem
contact op met de Sony-handelaar of het servicecentrum over het knipperen van het lampje (duur en interval).
Problemen en oplossingen
• Hier vindt u enkele eenvoudige oplossingen voor problemen met beeld en geluid.
• Als het probleem hiermee niet is opgelost, moet u de televisie laten nakijken door bevoegde
servicetechnici. Open nooit zelf de behuizing.
Probleem Mogelijke oplossingen
Geen beeld.
Geen beeld (scherm is donker) en geen geluid. • Controleer de antenne-aansluiting.
• Steek de stekker in het stopcontact en druk op de
& (aan/uit) schakelaar
op de televisie.
•Als het
/ (stand-by/slaap) lampje rood brandt, drukt u op TV &/
op de afstandsbediening.
De televisie wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld (de
televisie wordt op stand-by gezet).
• Controleer of de slaaptimer is geactiveerd (pagina 43).
• Als er gedurende 10 minuten geen signaal wordt ontvangen of in de
televisiestand geen handeling wordt uitgevoerd, wordt de televisie
automatisch op stand-by gezet.
Geen beeld of geen menu-informatie van apparatuur die
op de Scart-aansluiting is aangesloten.
• Controleer of de optionele apparatuur is ingeschakeld en druk
herhaaldelijk op / op de afstandsbediening tot het juiste
ingangssymbool op het scherm wordt weergegeven.
• Controleer de aansluiting tussen de optionele apparatuur en de televisie.
