Het koppelen lukt niet.
Wanneer het niet lukt om de headset te koppelen met een gameconsole (computer of PS5™)
Houd de headset en de gameconsole waarop de USB-zendontvanger aangesloten is maximaal 1 m uit elkaar.
Start de verbonden computer of PS5™ opnieuw op en koppel deze nogmaals met de headset.
Als het niet mogelijk is om de headset te verbinden met de USB-zendontvanger die aangesloten is op de computer of
PS5, volg dan de onderstaande procedure om opnieuw te koppelen met de USB-zendontvanger.
Sluit de USB-zendontvanger opnieuw aan.
Reset de headset.
Initialiseer de headset en koppel daarna de headset en het apparaat opnieuw.
Wanneer het niet lukt om de headset te koppelen met een Bluetooth-apparaat
Breng de headset en het Bluetooth-apparaat op een afstand van minder dan 1 m van elkaar.
Wanneer u voor het eerst na het aankopen, initialiseren of repareren van de headset een apparaat wilt koppelen,
houdt u de -knop (voeding) gedurende ongeveer 2 seconden of langer ingedrukt om de headset in te schakelen
en houdt u vervolgens de -knop (Bluetooth) gedurende ongeveer 2 seconden ingedrukt om de Bluetooth-modus
in te schakelen. De koppelingsmodus wordt automatisch geactiveerd op de headset. Wanneer u een tweede of
volgend apparaat koppelt (de headset heeft al koppelingsinformatie voor andere apparaten), schakelt u de headset in
en houdt u vervolgens de -knop (Bluetooth) gedurende ongeveer 5 seconden ingedrukt om handmatig de
koppelingsmodus te activeren.
Wanneer u een apparaat opnieuw wilt koppelen nadat u de headset hebt geïnitialiseerd of hersteld, lukt dit mogelijk
niet als er nog koppelingsinformatie voor de headset op het apparaat opgeslagen is (iPhone of ander apparaat). Wis in
dat geval de koppelingsinformatie voor de headset van het verbonden apparaat en koppel de apparaten opnieuw.
Start de smartphone of een ander verbonden apparaat opnieuw op en koppel deze nogmaals met de headset.
Reset de headset.
Initialiseer de headset. Alle koppelingsinformatie wordt gewist. Koppel de headset en het Bluetooth-apparaat opnieuw
met elkaar.

Sluit de USB-zendontvanger aan op een computer of PS5.1.
Houd de verbindingsknop op de USB-zendontvanger gedurende ongeveer 5 seconden of langer ingedrukt.
De koppelingsmodus wordt geactiveerd op de USB-zendontvanger en de indicator (wit) op de USB-zendontvanger
knippert herhaaldelijk twee keer na elkaar.

Schakel de headset in.
Wanneer de koppeling voltooid is, produceert de headset een meldingsgeluid en licht de indicator (wit) op de USB-
zendontvanger op.
