Εάν το ΛΟΓΙΣΜΙΚΟ έχει αποκτηθεί από ή στο

όνομα της κυβέρνησης των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών

ή οποιασδήποτε άλλης οντότητας ή οποία

αναζητά ή εφαρμόζει δικαιώματα παρόμοια με

αυτά που απαιτεί συνήθως η κυβέρνηση των

Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών, το ΛΟΓΙΣΜΙΚΟ αυτό

αποτελεί «εμπορικό είδος» με την έννοια που
