uw SIM-kaart in een andere telefoon.
Als dit werkt, wordt het probleem

U bevindt zich binnen bereik van
een netwerk, maar mag dit niet
gebruiken. In geval van nood staan
bepaalde netwerkoperators u echter toe
het internationale alarmnummer 112 te
