Gesprekken omleiden 2.14

Als u inkomende oproepen niet kunt beantwoorden, kunt u deze naar

een ander nummer omleiden, bijvoorbeeld naar uw antwoorddienst.

Opmerking:

Als de functie Gespr. beperken is geactiveerd, zijn enkele opties voor Omleiden

niet beschikbaar.

U kunt kiezen tussen de volgende omleidingsopties:

• Altijd omleiden – hiermee worden alle oproepen omgeleid;

• Indien bezet – hiermee worden gesprekken omgeleid als u in gesprek bent;

• Niet bereikbaar – hiermee worden gesprekken omgeleid als de telefoon

uit staat of als u niet bereikbaar bent;

• Geen antwoord – hiermee worden gesprekken omgeleid die u niet binnen

de opgegeven tijdslimiet beantwoordt (per operator verschillend).

Een omleiding activeren

1. } Instellingen } tabblad Gesprekken } Altijd omleiden.

2. Selecteer een gesprekstype en een van de omleidingsopties } Activeren.

3. Voer het telefoonnummer in waarnaar u de gesprekken wilt omleiden

of } Opzoeken om het contact te zoeken in uw telefoonboek } OK.

Een omleiding deactiveren

Ga naar de omleidingsoptie } Deactiveren.

Alle omleidingsopties inschakelen

} Instellingen } tabblad Gesprekken } Altijd omleiden } Controleer alles.
