Zorg ervoor dat potentiële verzenders van faxberichten geen faxoproepen naar uw telefoon
verzenden, want het is mogelijk dat een aantal maal opnieuw geprobeerd zal worden het
bericht te verzenden voordat de verzending wordt afgebroken.
Geheugen vol
Als uw telefoon geen ruimte meer heeft om informatie op te slaan, moet u geheugen
vrijmaken om ervoor te zorgen dat uw telefoon correct blijft werken. Zie Geheugen op
pagina 12 voor meer informatie.
Problemen bij het tot stand brengen van een verbinding met een
pc of ander apparaat
Kan geen verbinding tot stand brengen met een USB-kabel
•
Controleer of de USB-kabel correct op de computer is aangesloten.
•
Controleer of de telefoon niet is geblokkeerd.
•
Verwijder de installatie van Sony Ericsson PC Companion. Installeer het programma
opnieuw en volg de installatieprocedure nauwkeurig. Sluit de telefoon aan op de computer.
•
Controleer op updates van Sony Ericsson PC Companion op
www.sonyericsson.com/support
. Als u een nieuwe versie van het programma vindt,
downloadt en installeert u deze versie om de oude te vervangen.
Kan geen items overbrengen met de draadloze Bluetooth technologie
•
Controleer of Bluetooth in de telefoon en het andere apparaat is geactiveerd, en of de
zichtbaarheid van de telefoon is ingeschakeld.
•
Controleer of de apparaten binnen elkaars bereik liggen. Een bereik van 10 meter (33 feet)
wordt aanbevolen.
Kan geen verbinding tot stand brengen met een Bluetooth-apparaat
•
Controleer of de apparaten correct zijn gekoppeld. Zie Draadloze Bluetooth™ technologie
gebruiken op pagina 62.
•
Controleer of de apparaten zijn opgeladen.
•
Controleer of de apparaten binnen elkaars bereik liggen. Een bereik van 10 meter (33 feet)
wordt aanbevolen.
Kan geen computersoftware vinden om te downloaden
De meest recente versie van Sony Ericsson PC Companion kunt u downloaden via
www.sonyericsson.com/support
.
Kan mijn telefoon niet als een modem gebruiken
•
Vraag uw serviceprovider om uw gegevensverbinding in te schakelen.
•
Sluit uw telefoon met een USB-kabel of een Bluetooth verbinding op uw computer aan.
Kan niet synchroniseren met mijn computer
•
Sluit uw telefoon met een USB-kabel of een Bluetooth verbinding op uw computer aan. Zie

Installeer Sony Ericsson PC Companion en voer de noodzakelijke instellingen in. Zie

Diversen
Het selecteren van het scherm werkt niet

Het kan gebeuren dat u een item selecteert, bijvoorbeeld een toets of menuoptie, maar dat
een ander item wordt geactiveerd. Kalibreer het scherm om ervoor te zorgen dat het juiste
