WAP gebruiken
Uw telefoon heeft een WAP-browser (Wireless
Application Protocol) en e-mailfunctie die zijn
ontworpen om een aangepast internet via de mobiele
telefoon beschikbaar te maken. Er zijn meer services
beschikbaar, bijvoorbeeld nieuws, entertainment,
vertrektijden, reserveringen, banken, e-commerce
en e-mail.
Voordat u begint
Zorg ervoor dat u over de volgende items kunt
beschikken:
• Een telefoonabonnement dat gegevensverzending
ondersteunt.
• De juiste instellingen voor Mobile Internet,
WAP- en/of e-mailberichten.
• Een aanmelding als WAP- of e-mailgebruiker
bij uw netwerkoperator of serviceprovider.
Opmerking: zie ‘Instellingen voor e-mailaccounts’
op pagina 72 of ‘E-mail’ op pagina 59 voor meer
informatie over e-mailinstellingen en -berichten.
Een WAP-profiel selecteren
1. Ga naar Verbindingen, WAP-opties, WAP-profielen.
2. Selecteer het profiel dat u wilt gebruiken.
Ga vervolgens terug naar het menu WAP-opties,
het WAP-profiel is nu geselecteerd.
De WAP-browser gebruiken
Beginnen met browsen
Selecteer het pictogram midden- of linksboven
op het bureaublad. Druk op
Meer wanneer de
WAP-pagina in de telefoon is geladen en kies
een van de volgende handelingen:
Open uw homepage boven aan de lijst, bijvoorbeeld
Sony Ericsson.
Ga naar een van de bladwijzers. Selecteer
Favorieten.
Voer het adres van een WAP-site in. Selecteer Voe r
URL in om een nieuw WAP-adres in te voeren of
selecteer een van de 10 laatst ingevoerde adressen.
Tip: Als u een WAP-adres invoert, hoeft u het prefix
http:// niet in te voeren.
