Dit draadloze apparaat ('Apparaat'), inclusief zonder enige beperking
de media die erbij worden geleverd, bevat software die eigendom
is van Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB ('Sony Ericsson'),
hierbij aangesloten bedrijven en externe leveranciers
en licentiegevers ('Software').
Sony Ericsson verleent u als gebruiker van dit Apparaat een
niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare, niet-toewijsbare licentie om
de Software uitsluitend te gebruiken in combinatie met het Apparaat
waarop de software wordt geïnstalleerd en/of geleverd. Niets in deze
overeenkomst mag worden opgevat als een verkoop van de Software
aan een gebruiker van dit Apparaat.
U mag de broncode of onderdelen van de Software niet reproduceren,
wijzigen, distribueren, decompileren of er reverse-engineering op
toepassen, of de broncode of onderdelen van de Software op andere
wijze achterhalen. Om twijfel te voorkomen hebt u te allen tijde het
recht alle rechten en plichten in verband met de Software over te
dragen aan een derde partij, doch uitsluitend samen met het
Apparaat waarop u de Software hebt ontvangen en altijd op de
voorwaarde dat deze derde partij schriftelijk met deze regels instemt.
