Gesprekken omleiden
Als u inkomende oproepen niet kunt beantwoorden, kunt
u deze naar een ander nummer omleiden, bijvoorbeeld naar
uw antwoorddienst.
Een omleiding activeren
1 } Instellingen } tabblad Gesprekken } Gespr. omleiden.
2 Selecteer een gesprekstype en een van de
omleidingsopties } Activeren.
3 Voer het telefoonnummer in waarnaar u de gesprekken
wilt omleiden of } Opzoeken om het contact te zoeken
} OK.
Een omleiding deactiveren
Ga naar de omleidingsoptie } Deactiveren.
Alle omleidingsopties controleren
} Instellingen } tabblad Gesprekken } Gespr. omleiden
} Controleer alles.
Meer dan één gesprek
Meerdere gesprekken tegelijk verwerken.
Gesprek in wacht
U hoort een pieptoon als u tijdens een lopend gesprek
een tweede gesprek ontvangt.
De dienst Gesprek in wacht in- of uitschakelen
} Instellingen } tabblad Gesprekken } Beheer
} Gesprek in wacht.
Als de functie Gespr. beperken is geactiveerd,
zijn enkele opties voor Omleiden niet beschikbaar.
