Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is de meeteenheid voor de hoeveelheid
radiofrequentie-energie die door het lichaam wordt geabsorbeerd

bepaald door het hoogste gecertificeerde energieniveau gemeten
in laboratoria. Wanneer u de telefoon gebruikt ligt de werkelijke SAR-
waarde van de telefoon echter ver onder deze waarde.
Dit komt doordat de mobiele telefoon is ontworpen om de minimaal
benodigde hoeveelheid stroom te gebruiken om het netwerk te bereiken.
Verschillen in SAR beneden de normen voor blootstelling aan
radiofrequentie betekenen niet dat er verschillen in veiligheid zijn.
Hoewel de mobiele telefoonmodellen verschillende SAR-niveaus
hebben, zijn alle mobiele telefoonmodellen van Sony Ericsson
ontworpen om aan deze richtlijnen te voldoen.

elektronische systemen in motorvoertuigen, verbieden sommige
autofabrikanten het gebruik van mobiele telefoons in hun voertuigen,
tenzij daarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van een handsfree carkit met
een externe antenne.
Houd uw aandacht bij het verkeer en ga als de situatie dit vereist
van de weg af en parkeer voordat u een nummer kiest of een gesprek
aanneemt.
