απαγορεύει ή περιορίζει αυτέσ τισ

εξαιρέσεισ ευθύνησ, η Sony εξαιρεί ή

περιορίζει την ευθύνη τησ µνο στη

µέγιστη έκταση που τησ επιτρέπει η

ισχύουσα νοµοθεσία. Για παράδειγµα,

µερικά κράτη απαγορεύουν την

εξαίρεση ή τον περιορισµ ζηµιών που

οφείλονται σε αµέλεια, σε βαριά

αµέλεια, σε εκ προθέσεωσ

παράπτωµα, σε δλο και παρµοιεσ

πράξεισ. Σε καµία περίπτωση, η

ευθύνη τησ Sony κατά την παρούσα

εγγύηση, δεν υπερβαίνει την τιµή που

καταβλήθηκε για την αγορά του

προϊντοσ, ωστσο αν η ισχύουσα

νοµοθεσία επιτρέπει µνο

περιορισµούσ ευθυνών υψηλτερου

βαθµού, θα ισχύουν οι τελευταίοι.
