• Der Film ist nicht lang genug zum Schneiden.
• Geschützte Filme können nicht geschnitten werden. Den Schutz aufheben (Seite 77).
• Standbilder können nicht geschnitten werden.

Symptom Ursache/Abhilfemaßnahme
Sie wissen nicht, ob das
Betriebssystem Ihres Computers
kompatibel ist.
• Überprüfen Sie „Empfohlene Computer-Umgebung“ (Seiten 93 und 107).
Der USB-Treiber lässt sich nicht
installieren.
• Melden Sie sich in Windows 2000 als Administrator (autorisierter Administrator) an (Seite 93).
Der Computer erkennt die Kamera
nicht.
• Die Kamera einschalten (Seite 20).
• Der Akku ist schwach. Verwenden Sie das Netzgerät (Seite 19).
• Verwenden Sie das mitgelieferte USB-Kabel (Seiten 95 und 107).
• Trennen Sie das USB-Kabel vom Computer und der Cyber-Shot-Station ab, und schließen Sie es
wieder korrekt an. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass „USB-Mode“ auf dem LCD-Monitor angezeigt wird
(Seite 95).
• Setzen Sie die Kamera korrekt in die Cyber-Shot-Station ein (Seite 12).
• Setzen Sie [USB-Anschluss] auf dem Setup-Bildschirm (Seiten 55 und 131) auf [Normal].
• An die USB-Anschlüsse Ihres Computers sind außer Tastatur, Maus und Cyber-Shot-Station noch
andere Geräte angeschlossen. Trennen Sie alle Geräte außer Tastatur und Maus von den USB-
Anschlüssen ab (Seite 93).
• Die Kamera ist nicht direkt an Ihren Computer angeschlossen. Schließen Sie die Kamera ohne
Umleitung über einen USB-Hub oder ein anderes Gerät direkt an Ihren Computer an (Seite 93).
• Installieren Sie den USB-Treiber (Seite 94).
• Ihr Computer erkennt das Gerät nicht richtig, weil Sie die Kamera und Ihren Computer über
das USB-Kabel verbunden haben, bevor Sie den „USB Driver“ von der CD-ROM (mitgeliefert)
installiert haben. Löschen Sie das falsch erkannte Gerät von Ihrem Computer (Seite 97), und
installieren Sie dann den USB-Treiber (Seite 94).
