Self-timer recording
You can record still images on a “Memory Stick”
with the self-timer. You can also use the Remote
Commander for this operation.
Before operation
•Insert a “Memory Stick” into your camcorder
(p. 143).
•Set PHOTO REC in to MEMORY in the
menu settings. (The default setting is
MEMORY.)
(1)In the standby mode, press MENU, then select
SELFTIMER in with the SEL/PUSH EXEC
dial (p. 235).
(2)Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select ON,
then press the dial.
(3)Press MENU to make the menu settings
disappear.
The (self-timer) indicator appears on the
screen.
(4)Press PHOTO deeper.
Self-timer starts counting down from 10 with
a beep sound. In the last two seconds of the
countdown, the beep gets faster, then
recording starts automatically.

Stilstaande beelden vastleggen
op een “Memory Stick” tijdens
normale bandopname
Opnemen met de
zelfontspanner
U kunt ook de zelfontspanner gebruiken om
stilstaande beelden op te nemen op een “Memory
Stick”. Voor optimaal bedieningsgemak kunt u
bovendien de afstandsbediening gebruiken.
Alvorens de camcorder te bedienen
•Plaats een “Memory Stick” in uw camcorder
(zie blz. 143).
•Zorg dat het menu-onderdeel PHOTO REC
onder in de “MEMORY” stand staat. (De
oorspronkelijke instelling is al “MEMORY”.)
(1)Druk in de opnamepauzestand op de MENU
toets en stel dan in op SELFTIMER onder het
pictogram, met behulp van de SEL/PUSH
EXEC regelknop (zie blz. 244).
(2)Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop om
in te stellen op “ON” en druk de regelknop in.
(3)Druk weer op de MENU toets om het
instelmenu uit beeld te laten verdwijnen.
De zelfontspanner-aanduiding licht op.
(4)Druk nu de PHOTO toets stevig in.
De zelfontspanner gaat terugtellen vanaf 10,
met telkens een pieptoon. In de laatste 2
seconden van het aftellen klinken de
pieptonen korter achtereen en dan begint
automatisch het opnemen.
