Problemen oplossen
Als u problemen ondervindt met de camera, kunt u de volgende oplossingen proberen.
Door de camera voor reparatie te verzenden stemt u toe dat de inhoud van het interne
geheugen mag worden gecontroleerd.
Kan de accu niet plaatsen.
• Duw tegen de accu-uitwerphendel (pagina 8) en plaats de accu op de juiste wijze.
De camera kan niet worden ingeschakeld.
• Na het inzetten van de accu kan het even duren voordat de camera zichzelf inschakelt.
• Zet de accu op de juiste wijze in (pagina 8).
• De accu is leeg. Zet een opgeladen accu in (pagina 7).
• De accu werkt niet. Vervang de accu.
• Gebruik het aanbevolen type accu.
De camera wordt plotseling uitgeschakeld.
• Als de camera is ingeschakeld en u deze gedurende drie minuten niet bedient, wordt de
camera automatisch uitgeschakeld om te voorkomen dat de accu leegraakt. Schakel de camera
opnieuw in (pagina 10).
• De accu werkt niet. Vervang de accu.
1 Controleer de onderstaande items en raadpleeg het "Cyber-shot-handboek"
(PDF).
2 Verwijder de accu uit de camera, plaats deze na ongeveer een minuut terug en
schakel de camera in.
3 Herstel de standaardinstellingen (pagina 20).
4 Neem contact op met uw Sony-handelaar of de plaatselijke technische dienst
van Sony.
