Störungsbehebung
Falls Probleme an Ihrer Kamera oder am Zubehör auftreten, probieren Sie die folgenden
Lösungen aus.
Bei der Reparatur von Kameras mit internem Speicher oder integrierter Musikdateifunktion
kann es u. U. notwendig sein, die Daten in der Kamera zu überprüfen, um die Symptome der
Funktionsstörung festzustellen und zu beheben. Sony weist darauf hin, dass dabei keine dieser
Daten kopiert oder gespeichert werden.
Der Akku lässt sich nicht einsetzen.
• Führen Sie den Akku korrekt ein, so dass der Akku-Auswerfhebel hineingedrückt wird
(Seite 10).
Die Kamera lässt sich nicht einschalten.
• Nach dem Einsetzen des Akkus in die Kamera kann es einen Moment dauern, bis sich die
Kamera einschaltet.
• Setzen Sie den Akku korrekt ein (Seite 10).
• Der Akku ist entladen. Setzen Sie einen geladenen Akku ein (Seite 9).
• Der Akku ist defekt. Ersetzen Sie ihn durch einen neuen.
• Verwenden Sie einen empfohlenen Akku (Seite 7).
Die Kamera schaltet sich plötzlich aus.
• Wird die Kamera im eingeschalteten Zustand etwa drei Minuten lang nicht bedient, schaltet
sie sich zur Schonung des Akkus automatisch aus. Schalten Sie die Kamera wieder ein
(Seite 12).
• Der Akku ist defekt. Ersetzen Sie ihn durch einen neuen.
1 Prüfen Sie die nachstehenden Punkte, und schlagen Sie im „Cyber-shot
Handbuch“ (PDF) nach.
Falls ein Code wie „C/E:ss:ss“ auf dem Monitor erscheint, schlagen Sie im
„Cyber-shot Handbuch“ nach.
2 Nehmen Sie den Akku heraus, setzen Sie ihn nach einer Minute wieder ein,
und schalten Sie die Kamera ein.
3 Initialisieren Sie die Einstellungen (Seite 23).
4 Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Sony-Händler oder eine lokale autorisierte Sony-
Kundendienststelle.
