De functie voor verandering van het formaat werkt niet.
• U kunt het beeldformaat van bewegende beelden en Multi Burst-beelden niet veranderen.
De DPOF (afdruk-)markering kan niet worden afgebeeld.
• De DPOF (afdruk-)markering kan niet worden afgebeeld op bewegende beelden.
Bewegende beelden kunnen niet worden geknipt.
• De bewegende beelden zijn niet lang genoeg om te knippen (korter dan ongeveer twee
seconden).
• Annuleer de beveiliging (blz. 37).
• Stilstaande beelden kunnen niet worden geknipt.
U weet niet of het besturingssysteem van uw computer compatibel is met de
camera.
• Raadpleeg "Aanbevolen computeromgeving" (blz. 53) voor Windows en "Aanbevolen
computeromgeving" (blz. 63) voor Macintosh.
U kunt het USB-stuurprogramma niet installeren.
• In Windows 2000 logt u in als beheerder (geautoriseerde beheerders) (blz. 54).
Uw computer herkent de camera niet.
• Schakel de camera in (t stap 2 in "Lees dit eerst").
• Gebruik de netspanningsadapter wanneer de accu bijna leeg is (t stap 1 in "Lees dit eerst").
• Gebruik de bijgeleverde kabel voor de multifunctionele aansluiting (blz. 55).
• Koppel de kabel voor de multifunctionele aansluiting los van zowel de computer als de
camera, en sluit deze daarna weer stevig aan. Controleer of "USB-functie" wordt afgebeeld
(blz. 55).
• Stel op het (Setup) menu het menuonderdeel [USB-aansl.] in op [Normaal] (blz. 50).
• Koppel alle apparatuur, behalve het toetsenbord en de muis, los van de USB-aansluitingen van
de computer.
• Sluit de camera rechtstreeks aan op de computer, en niet via een USB-hub of ander apparaat
(blz. 55).
• Het USB-stuurprogramma is niet geïnstalleerd. Installeer het USB-stuurprogramma (blz. 54).
• De computer herkent het apparaat niet goed, omdat u de camera met de kabel voor de
multifunctionele aansluiting op de computer hebt aangesloten voordat u het "USB-
stuurprogramma", dat op de bijgeleverde CD-ROM staat, hebt geïnstalleerd. Wis het foutief
herkende apparaat van de computer en installeer het USB-stuurprogramma (zie het volgende
punt).
