Störungsbehebung
Falls Sie Probleme mit Ihrer Kamera haben,
probieren Sie die folgenden
Abhilfemaßnahmen aus.
1 Überprüfen Sie zuerst die Punkte in den
folgenden Tabellen. Falls Code-
Anzeigen „C:ss:ss“ auf dem
Monitor erscheinen, ist die
Selbstdiagnosefunktion aktiv
(Seite 111).
2 Sollte Ihre Kamera noch immer nicht
einwandfrei funktionieren, drücken Sie
den Knopf RESET hinter dem
Akkufach/„Memory Stick“-Deckel mit
einem spitzen Gegenstand hinein, und
schalten Sie dann die Kamera wieder
ein. (Alle Einstellungen, einschließlich
des Datums und der Uhrzeit, werden
gelöscht.)
3 Sollte Ihre Kamera noch immer nicht
einwandfrei funktionieren, wenden Sie
sich an Ihren Sony-Händler oder eine
örtliche Sony-Kundendienststelle.
Akku und Stromversorgung
Knopf RESET

Der Akku wird nicht
geladen.
• Die Kamera ist eingeschaltet. p Schalten Sie die Kamera aus (Seite 15).
Der Akku lässt sich nicht
einsetzen.
• Der Akku ist nicht richtig installiert. p Schieben Sie den Akku ein, während Sie den Akkuauswerfhebel
mit der Vorderkante des Akkus zur Vorderseite der Kamera
drücken (Seite 11).
p Den Akku richtig installieren (Seite 11).
Die Lampe /CHG blinkt
beim Laden eines Akkus.
• Der Akku ist nicht richtig installiert.
• Es liegt eine Störung im Akku vor.
p Den Akku richtig installieren (Seite 11).
p Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Sony-Händler oder die örtliche Sony-
Kundendienststelle.
Die Lampe /CHG
leuchtet beim Laden eines
Akkus nicht auf.
• Das Netzgerät ist abgetrennt.
• Es liegt eine Funktionsstörung im Netzgerät vor.
• Der Akku ist nicht richtig installiert.
• Der Akku ist vollständig aufgeladen.
p Schließen Sie das Netzgerät korrekt an (Seite 14).
p Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Sony-Händler oder die örtliche Sony-
Kundendienststelle.
p Den Akku richtig installieren (Seite 11).
