Installation af softwaredriveren

Den installationsdiskette , der følg er med pakken, indeholder to

softwareelementer:

• Installer

• Enhedsdriver til MS-DOS/Windows 3.1

Bemærk:

Både Micr osoft cd-r om Extensions (MSCDEX) eller tilsv arende og

Son y’s enhedsdriver skal køre CDU701 i MS-DOS- og Windo ws

3.1-miljøet.

Derf or skal du sikre dig, før du indlæser installationsdisketten, at

MSCDEX findes i DOS-bib lioteket på dit har d diskdre v (C:\DOS).

Selv om MSCDEX er medta g et i den sidste n ye MS-DOS (ver . 6.2),

b liver du måske nødt til at skaff e softwaren fra din pc-f orhandler ,

hvis du ikke har den.

Installeren indlæser automatisk MSCDEX via A UTOEXEC.B AT-

filen og installerer enhedsdriveren via CONFIG.SYS-filen, hvis

MSCDEX allerede findes på C:\DOS-dre vet.

Installation

Ved DOS-pr ompten A: (Dre v A aktivt),

>A:\

Indsæt disketten i diskettedre v A, og skriv “install”.

>A:\install

Tryk dernæst på Enter -tasten.

Efter installationen tilføjes følgende linjer til CONFIG.SYS- og

AUTOEXEC.B AT-filer.

i CONFIG.SYS:

Device=C:\DEV\ATAPI_CD.SYS /D:mscd000 /I:0

i AUTOEXEC.B AT:

C:\DOS\MSCDEX.EXE /D:mscd000 /M:12 /V
