Search using the automatic search
Prerequisite: The device is in DAB mode.
1. Press .

The display shows the „DAB Preset
List“ text.
2. Turn
until the display shows „DAB Full
Scan“ .
3. Press to confirm your selection.
ð
The automatic full scan is started. Once the
search is complete, the device will automati-
cally go to the first station on the list.

When DAB mode is switched on for the
first time or the device has been reset to
the factory settings, the full scan is per‐
formed automatically.
Storing a DAB station
Storing using the remote control
Prerequisite: The device is in DAB mode.
1. Press and hold one of the station preset buttons
( to ) on the remote control.

The station is saved. The display shows the
station preset number.
Alternatively:
Saving on the device itself
Prerequisite: The device is in DAB mode.
1. Press and hold
to add the station to
your favourites list.
Retrieving saved DAB stations
Retrieval using the remote control
Prerequisite: The device is in DAB mode.
1. Briefly press one of the station preset buttons
(
to ).
ð
The selected station is retrieved.
Alternatively:
Retrieving on the device itself
Prerequisite: The device is in DAB mode.
1. Press
briefly to retrieve a station from
your favourites list.
2. To retrieve the next station from your favourites
list, press again.

The selected station is retrieved.
Deleting inactive DAB stations
If the DAB station list created using the DAB full scan
function is out of date (
e.g. after a change of
address), you can remove inactive stations as follows:
Prerequisite: The device is in DAB mode.
1. Press .
ð
The display shows the „DAB Preset
List“ text.
2. Turn
until the display shows „Prune List“ .
3. Press to begin pruning.
ð
Inactive DAB stations are deleted. In the
meantime, „Pruning“ is displayed.
Retrieving DAB info
i DAB info
In DAB mode, you can retrieve information on the
station, programme, etc. This information is dis‐
played in the following order:
– Station name (starting point)
– Broadcaster
– DLS ("Dynamic Label Service” = text with pro‐
gramme‐related information, e.g. artist, track,
etc.)
– Programme type (e. g. sport)
– Station frequency
– Signal quality
