5. Troubleshooting
To keep the warranty valid, never try to repair the system yourself. If you
encounter problems when using this device, check the following points
before contacting the customer service.
No power
• When using the built-in battery, make sure that the power is sufcient.
• When using the AC power plug, make sure that the plug is con-
nected properly, and that there is power at the AC outlet.
No sound
• Adjust the volume.
No response from the unit
• Turn off the unit and then turn it on again.
No or poor
Bluetooth
reception
• Ensure that the source device has the latest software. Turn both
the GoNewYork unit and the source device both off and on to reset
them.
• Increase the distance between the GoNewYork and your TV or VCR.
• Move your device to another location.
