1.4 Funcionamiento
Conecte el cable de red a una base de enchufe de fácil acceso.
1.5 Pila del reloj interno
Este modelo cubo dispone de una pila (CLOCK BATTERY) que se puede cambiar y que se en-
carga de la protección del reloj interno. En caso de corte de corriente, por ejemplo si se produce
un fallo en la red eléctrica, se conservan los ajustes de la hora y del despertador. La iluminación
de la pantalla y las funciones de alarma se desactivan. En cuanto el aparato vuelva a disponer
de corriente eléctrica, en la pantalla se mostrará la hora correcta y las funciones de alarma se
volverán a activar. En el estado de entrega del aparato, la pila de seguridad contiene un plástico.
Para activar la pila de seguridad es necesario extraer ese plástico.
Nota: si se produce un corte de corriente y el aparato no contiene una pila de seguridad, se
deberán volver a ajustar la hora y el despertador. Si los cortes de corriente no son una cir-
cunstancia muy habitual, la duración de la pila únicamente está limitada por su fecha de ca-
ducidad. No obstante, se recomienda sustituirla cada dos años aproximadamente para evitar
que se gaste completamente. Para cambiar la pila, suelte los dos tornillos de la parte posterior
del aparato (véase la gura de la página 9), cambie la pila y vuelva a atornillar los tornillos. La
pila no está cubierta por la garantía de este producto.
Las pilas contienen agentes químicos y deben eliminarse de acuerdo con la normativa.
¡Atención! El uso de una pila incorrecta implica peligro de explosión.
Utilice únicamente pilas del mismo tipo o de uno equivalente (pila de litio de 3 V, CR2032).
1.6 Introducción y extracción de discos
Inserte un CD con la cara rotulada hacia arriba en la unidad de CD.
Para extraer el CD, pulse el botón OPEN.
Advertencia: no introduzca nunca un Mini CD / MD-CD (diámetro de 8 cm)
en la unidad de CD.
