Hi I have a sprint 550sl overhead door opener. The light keeps flashing I can close the door with the wall switch or the hand remote but I cannot open the door it is just no reaction whatsoever with the wall or the hand remotes totally dead. Can you possibly suggest what could be causing the problem. Many thanks.
