x Ventielhendel (28) voor watertoevoer parallel
t.o.v. het aansluitstuk leggen zodat hij bij de
volgende werkfase niet hindert.
x Koppelingsafdekking (e) verwijderen.
x Oude V-riem (f) of alle resten van de oude
V-riem en eventuele andere vreemde
voorwerpen verwijderen.
x Met een kleine borstel of penseel de nu
geopende plaats schoonmaken.
x Nieuwe V-riem aan de aandrijfzijde via de
koppeling op het geribde loopvlak (g) achter de
koppelingsklok (h) leggen.
x Andere zijde van de V-riem op de aandrijfzijde op
het geribde loopvlak (i) van de V-riemflens
leggen.
x Controleer of de V-riem vrij loopt. Positionering van de V-riem eventueel corrigeren.
x Koppelingsafdekking terugzetten en controleren of de V-riem nog vrij loopt. Koppelingsafdekking
eventueel opnieuw verwijderen en positionering van de V-riem corrigeren.
x Alle 3 de bevestigingsmoeren (d) van de koppelingsafdekking (e) opnieuw aanspannen.
x Controleer of de V-riem nog vrij loopt. Schroeven van de koppelingsafdekking eventueel opnieuw
losmaken en positionering van de V-riem corrigeren.
x Beide bevestigingsmoeren (a) van de V-riemafdekking opnieuw afschroeven.
x V-riemafdekking (14) opnieuw bevestigen.
x Beide bevestigingsmoeren (a) van de V-riemafdekking opnieuw opschroeven. Moeren met de hand
slechts zo vast aanspannen dat de V-riemspanning nog kan worden ingesteld.
x V-riem spanschroef (13) rechtsom draaien, i.e. in de richting van de wijzers van de klok om de
V-riemspanning te verhogen. De correcte spanning wordt bereikt als de slotbout (b) op de middelste
markering staat, i.e. tussen "+" en "".
x Beide bevestigingsmoeren (a) van de V-riemafdekking aanspannen.
x Ventielhendel voor de watertoevoer opnieuw sluiten, i.e. ventielhendel dwars t.o.v. het aansluitstuk
leggen.
