Bevestiging van de watertoevoerleiding naar boven
verschuiven:
De watertoevoerleiding moet zo liggen dat in
alle positie van de beschermkap, het
onmogelijk is dat de watertoevoerleiding en
de zaagschijf met elkaar in contact komen.
x Watertoevoerleiding zo leggen dat ze aan de
buitenzijde van de beschermkap loopt en niet
tussen de beschermkap en de montageflens.
x Bevestigingsschroeven (a) van de
watertoevoerleiding in de adapterstukken (b)
steken.
x Adapterstukken aan de rechter- en linkerzijde van de beschermkap over de behorende tapgaten (p)
plaatsen en bevestigingsschroeven van de watertoevoerleiding inschroeven.
x Schroef (q) van de beugel (r) zo ver losmaken dat de beugel aan de blanke langsligger van de
greepbeugel (s) naar boven kan worden verschoven.
x Beugel zover naar boven verschuiven dat de watertoevoerleiding nooit in contact kan komen met de
zaagschijf.
x Plaatsing van de watertoevoerleiding bij helemaal naar voor gedraaide beschermkap controleren en
eventueel corrigeren.
Greep voor beschermkapverplaatsing en zaagschijf opnieuw monteren
x Greep voor beschermkapverplaatsing (3) met de bijhorende bevestigingsschroeven opnieuw aan de
beschermkap monteren.
x Zaagschijf monteren: Î Hoofdst. 5.1, pagina 17
Na de productie wordt de machine aan een proef- en testproces onderworpen dat verzekert dat de motor
daarna optimaal is ingelopen.
Daarom zijn bij de eerste ingebruikname geen speciale maatregelen nodig.
