Voorbereiding van het werk

In principe moet de V-riemspanning bij de
ingebruikname van de machine correct zijn
ingesteld. Bij de eerste ingebruikname,
heringebruikname na een lange bewaarperiode,
het vervangen van de V-riem of na andere
montagewerken moet de spanning worden
gecontroleerd en eventueel correct worden
ingesteld.
x Maak beide bevestigingsmoeren (a) los.
x V-riem spanschroef (13) rechtsom draaien (in de
richting van de wijzers van de klok):
Î V-riemspanning verhogen. De slotbout (b)
stelt zich daarbij in de markering "+".
x V-riem spanschroef (13) linksom draaien (tegen
de richting van de wijzers van de klok):
Î V-riemspanning verhogen. De slotbout (b)
stelt zich daarbij in de markering "".
x De correcte spanning wordt bereikt als de
slotbout (b) op de middelste markering (c) staat,
i.e. tussen "+" en "".
x Maak beide bevestigingsmoeren (a) opnieuw
vast.
Bij het zagen van minerale werkmiddelen ontstaat
zeer veel fijn stof.

anbeveling: Gebruik om te snijden van minerale
stoffen de wateraansluiting van het motorwerktuig
en geschikte slijpschijven om nat te snijden.
Bij het zagen met watertoevoer wordt het stof
gebonden, de visuele controle verbeterd en de
levensduur van de zaagschijven verlengd door de
koelende werking van het water.
Voor het nat zagen:
x Sluit een geschikte waterleiding of druktank aan
de koppelingsaansluiting (24) aan.
x Druk de ventielhendel (28) in om de
watertoevoer te openen of sluiten.
Na het nat zagen:
x Sluit de watertoevoer, i.e. ventielhendel dwars
t.o.v. het aansluitstuk zetten.
x Laat de zaagschijf nog ca. 30 seconden aan
hoog toerental lopen om het water volledig weg
te slingeren.
