Het koppelingsstuk van de watertoevoerleiding voor het nat zagen is met een zeeffilterinzet uitgerust dat
moet voorkomen dat de watertoevoerleiding door vuil in het aangevoerde water geblokkeerd raakt.
Wateraansluiting voor nat zagen: Î Hoofdst. 5.7, pagina 21
Vervuilingsgevaar voor de watertoevoerleiding!
Wateraansluiting uitsluitend in een schone omgeving openen.
Wekelijks of als er onvoldoende water voor het nat zagen wordt aangevoerd, moet de zeeffilterinzet van
het koppelingsstuk op de volgende manier worden uitgebouwd en grondig worden gereinigd:
x Motor uitzetten en stopschakelaar op "0" draaien.
Motor uitzetten: Î Hoofdst. 6.4, pagina 26
x Koppelingsaansluiting van de
watertoevoerleiding afnemen. Hiertoe
koppelingsaansluiting (24) in pijlrichting van het
zeeffilter-koppelingsstuk (27) van de
watertoevoerleiding aftrekken.
x Zeeffilter-koppelingsstuk met geschikte
vorksleutel uit aansluiting (a) van de
watertoevoerleiding draaien.
x Zeeffilter-koppelingsstuk (27) met geschikte
vorksleutel uit elkaar schroeven.
x Zeeffilterinzet (c) uit zeeffilteropname (d) van het
koppelingsstuk verwijderen.
x Verwijder de afdichting (b) van het zeeffilterinzet.
x Zeeffilterinzet, koppelingsaansluiting, beide delen
van het zeeffilter-koppelingsstuk en dichting met
schoon water spoelen tot alle vuilresten
verwijderd zijn.
x Plaats de afdichting (b) terug op het
zeeffilterinzet (c).
x Plaats het zeeffilterinzet (c) samen met de
afdichting (b) in de juiste richting (zie afbeelding)
terug in de zeeffilteropname (d) van het
koppelingsstuk.
x Zeeffilter-koppelingsstuk samenschroeven.
x Zeeffilter-koppelingsstuk opnieuw in
aansluiting (a) van de watertoevoerleiding
schroeven.
x Koppelingsaansluiting terugplaatsen.
