¡Las siguientes instrucciones sólo son para el distribuidor autorizado!
x Desmontar el arrancador desatornillando los 4
tornillos (a).
x Retirar el distribuidor de aire (b) del arrancador.
x Retirar el anillo de seguridad (c) con unos alicates
para anillos de seguridad y la arandela (d).
x Quitar el rollo de cable (e) y retirar del rollo y de la
empuñadura los viejos restos. No elimine la arandela
(f), guárdela para el montaje del nuevo cable del
arrancador.
x Enhebrar el nuevo cable del arrancador (núm. de art.:
0063181, Ø 4 mm, longitud 940 mm) incluida la
arandela (f) como se muestra y anudar los extremos.
x Introducir cada extremo anudado en el rollo de cable y
en la empuñadura respectivamente. En el rollo de
cable el extremo anudado no debe sobresalir de la
circunferencia del rollo.
x Volver a insertar el rollo de cable en la carcasa del
arrancador y girarlo a uno y otro lado hasta que se
posiciona por completo.
x Volver a montar la arandela (d) y el anillo de
seguridad (c).
x Fijar el cable del arrancador en la ranura (g) y girar el
rollo de cable con el cable dos vueltas en sentido
horario (tensar el resorte). Sujetar el rollo de cable con
una mano y con la otra mano soltar el cable de la
ranura, apretar el giro del cable y tensar y fijar el
cable.
Soltar el rollo de cable con cuidado Î El cable del
arrancador se enrollará 2 vueltas en sentido
antihorario por la fuerza del resorte.
x Repetir el proceso tres veces. La empuñadura ahora
debe quedar totalmente tensada en la carcasa del
arrancador.
Importante: ¡Con el cable completamente extendido, el rollo de cable debe poder girarse por lo
menos media vuelta contra la fuerza del resorte!
En caso de que, no obstante, sea posible llevar el resorte hasta el bloqueo tirando del cable del
arrancador, hay que aflojar el resorte mediante una vuelta en sentido antihorario con el cable del
arrancador fijado en la ranura (g).
8.9 Cambiar cable del arrancador (sólo debe ser realizado por el distribuidor autorizado)
