5 Voorbereiding van het werk
5.1 In elkaar zetten
Voor de verzending werd de rugspuit nog niet
volledig gemonteerd. Het apparaat mag uitsluitend
in volledig gemonteerde toestand in gebruik
worden genomen!
Montage draagsysteem (Modell 425 Pro, 475 Pro)

Fig. 15 Î Model 475 Comfort, 475 Pro:
In de fabriek is de sproeier voorgemonteerd om de
pomphendel links te monteren (als men naar de
letters op het reservoir kijkt).
Als de pomphendel aan de andere zijde moet
worden gemonteerd, moet de borgklem (a) naar de
tegenoverliggende kant worden verplaatst.
De-pomphendel kan zowel links als rechts worden
opgeschroefd. De afbeeldingen tonen de montage
links (rechts gebeurt de montage simultaan).

Bij de montage van de pomphendel moet de
bevestigingsbuis (b) van de pomphendel omhoog
staan (als men naar de letters op het reservoir
kijkt)

1. . Ring op de as schuiven
2. Pomphendel op de as schuiven
3. Met schroef, as aan de pomphendel aan de as
vastschroeven, met moer vastmaken.
Fig. 19:
De pomphendel kan in drie stappen in de lengte
worden versteld. Daarvoor drukt u de pin (i) in,
verschuift u de pompgreep (c) en laat u de pin (i) in
een van de drie boorgaten (j) vastklikken.
Fig. 20:
Om het apparaat af te stellen kan de pomphendel
met het pomphandvat (c) in de houderbuis (b) naar
boven worden gedraaid. Om te werken draait u de
pomphendel met het pomphandvat (c) in de
houderbuis (b) opnieuw naar beneden.

475 Pro:
Wanneer hij niet wordt gebruikt voor werken wordt
de spuitstok (e) aan het rode handvat (d)
bevestigd.

Montage van de sproeilans (e):
x Plaats de dopmoer (k) er recht op en schroef de
sproeilans met O-Ring (16x3 mm) handmatig
vast op het handventiel (g).
Geen gereedschap gebruiken!
x Schroef het sproeidopopzetstuk (f) met O-Ring
(10x2 mm) handvast op de sproeilans. Geen
gereedschap gebruiken!

Standaardsproeibuis: vlakke straalsproeibuis 04-
