Het vruchtvlees van 2 maracuja’s
ca. 250 ml gemalen ijs
1. De honingmeloen en aardbeien verwerken in de
sapcentrifuge.
2. Het vruchtvlees van de maracuja’s erdoorheen
roeren.
3. Het ijs in 4 glazen doen, het sap erover gieten en
alles goed mengen.

2 mango’s, gehalveerd, ontpit en geschild
3 kiwi’s, geschild
½ kleine ananas, geschild en gehalveerd
ca. ½ kopje verse muntblaadjes

1. De mango’s, kiwi’s, ananas en munt verwerken in
de sapcentrifuge.
2. Het ijs in 4 glazen doen, het sap eroverheen
