GAZPACHO

4 middelgrote tomaten
4 takjes verse peterselie
1 groot knoflookteentje, gepeld
1 kleine ui, geschild en geraspt
2 wortelen
2 stelen bleekselderij
1 rode paprika, zonder steel en ontpit
1 komkommer
2 eetlepels rode wijnazijn
Versgemalenzwartepeper
250 ml gemalen ijs
3 eetlepels gehakte verse basilicum
1. De tomaten, peterselie, knoflook, uien, wortels,
selderij, rode paprika en komkommer verwerken
in de sapcentrifuge.
2. De azijn en zwarte peper erdoor roeren.
3. Het ijs over vier soepborden verdelen.
Het uitgeperste sap eroverheen gieten, garneren
met basilicum en direct serveren.
PASTA À LA PROVENÇALE
Voor4personen
4 tomaten
2 takjes verse peterselie
1 steel bleekselderij
2 grote knoflookteentjes
1 kleine ui, geschild en geraspt
1 rode paprika, zonder steel en ontpit
1 eetlepel tomatenpuree
500 g gekookte pasta
125 ml rode wijn
2 eetlepels gedroogde oregano
3 eetlepels geraspte parmezaan
1. De tomaten, peterselie, knoflook, uien, wortelen,
selderij en de rode paprika verwerken in de
sapcentrifuge.
2.Vermengdetomatenpureeenrodewijn,roerhet
uitgeperste sap erdoorheen.
3. Giet alles in een steelpan en kook het gedurende
3-4 minuten op matig vuur.
4.Voegdepastatoeenzwenkdepanvooreen
goedevermenging.Verdeeldemixovervier
borden.
5. Garneren met oregano en parmezaan.
Direct serveren.
YOGHURTDRANK VAN MANGO,
HONINGMELOEN EN SINAASAPPELEN
1 mango, gehalveerd, geschild en ontpit
½ kleine honingmeloen, geschild, ontpit en
verdeeld in twee gelijke porties
5 sinaasappelen, geschild
3 eetlepels blanke yoghurt
1. De mango, honingmeloen en sinaasappelen
verwerken in de sapcentrifuge.
2. Het sap in een grote kom gieten en de yoghurt
erdoorheen roeren.
Direct serveren.
EEN SPRANKELENDE VERFRISSING UIT
PEREN EN ABRIKOZEN
Voor4personen
4 grote abrikozen, gehalveerd en ontpit
3 grote peren
ca. 250 ml gemalen ijs
250 ml mineraal water
1. Abrikozen en peren verwerken in de
sapcentrifuge.
2. Het ijs in 4 hoge glazen vullen.
3. Het uitgeperste sap over de glazen verdelen.
4. De glazen met mineraalwater vullen en de mix
goed doorroeren zodat alles zich goed vermengt.
Direct serveren.
