GRILLRECEPTEN
LAMSKEBAB MET OREGANO
Voor 4 personen
1 eetlepel olijfolie
1 eetlepel citroensap
1 eetlepel gedroogde oregano
1 theelepel gehakte of vers geperste knoflook
500 g mager lamsvlees, zonder bot
en in 3 cm grote blokjes gesneden
vers gemalen zwarte peper
4 kebabspiesen
Bereiding
1. Verwarm de SOLIS Smart Grill Pro voor op de stand "SEAR" en wacht tot het
groene controlelampje "READY" gaat branden.
2. Vermeng de olijfolie in een grote kom met het citroensap, de oregano en de kno-
flook. Voeg de blokjes lamsvlees toe en laat deze 30 minuten in de marinade trek-
ken. Steek de blokjes lamsvlees daarna op de spiesen.
3. Kruid de kebabspiesen royaal met peper en leg ze op de onderste grillplaat.
4. Klap de bovenste grillplaat voorzichtig omlaag en gril de spiesen 4 - 5 minuten.
5. Serveer ze met vers, knapperig brood en een Griekse salade (groene sla, zwarte
olijven en stukjes feta).
