Cold Cucumber Soup
2 field cucumbers Peel, halve, deseed, dice
400 ml cold vegetable Put half aside and other half
stock into the blender
1 pot plain yoghurt
100 grams crème
fraiche Add ingredients and purée at
level 1
Salt, cayenne pepper
A few drops of lemon
juice Season well and chill
1 hard boiled egg Chop
1 bunch chives Chop and garnish

Mashed Carrot
Cook carrots until soft in slightly salted water.
Blend at level 1 with a small amount of butter.
Other vegetables can be prepared in the same way,
perhaps adding a boiled potato.
Mashed Fruit
Soften a rusk in some orange juice and blend with a
banana at level 1 until very fine.
You can make another vegetable purée for babies
that is just as good with a small fresh carrot, a piece
of apple, a piece of banana and a piece of rusk or
crispbread. You can add a spoonful of honey to
sweeten it.

Guacamole
1 avocado Peel, remove stone, chop into
small pieces and place in

60 ml Tequila Blend all ingredients with the
