RECEPTEN
CHOCOLADECAKE
Ingrediënten
150 gr boter op kamertemperatuur
2 eieren
1 kop (250 ml) melk
1 ½ kop (350 gr) suiker
1 ½ kop (225 gr) meel
1 theelepel bakpoeder
½ kop (70 gr) cacaopoeder
snufje zout
Bereiding
1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180°C en vet een bakblik in.
2. Monteer de klopper met rubberen rand aan de mixerkop.
3. Doe de eieren met de boter en de suiker in de mengkom.
4. Mix de ingrediënten, verhoog de snelheid naar „Creaming Beating“.
5. Voeg via de vulopening een voor een, de meel, de cacao en het zout toe en mix
verder.
6. Giet, terwijl de motor aanstaat, de melk toe en mix net zolang, totdat het deeg
glad is.
7. Giet het deeg in het bakblik en bak de cake gedurende 40-45 minuten.
8. Laat de cake 5 minuten afkoelen, voordat u deze uit de vorm haalt.
Als u wilt, kunt u de afgekoelde cake met de volgende, zelfgemaakte chocoload-
glazuur bedekken:
