STREEFGEWICHT AANPASSEN

Als je op een willekeurig moment je streefgewicht wilt aanpassen, klik je op Streefgewicht aanpassen.

1. Klik op Streefgewicht aanpassen.

2. Wijzig hoeveel je wilt afvallen.

3. Wijzig het tijdsbestek waarin je dat wilt doen.

4. Klik op Nieuw streefgewicht instellen.

OP GEWICHT BLIJVEN

Je kunt de service ook gebruiken zonder een streefgewicht in te stellen. Als je op je huidige gewicht wilt

blijven, kun je het aanbevolen calorietekort bereiken via activiteit of door minder te eten. Je hoeft niet aan

beide voorwaarden te voldoen zoals wanneer je wilt afvallen.

DAGELIJKS ACTIVITEITSDOEL AANPASSEN

Als je op je huidige gewicht wilt blijven, kun je je dagelijkse activiteitsdoel aanpassen zodat je bij het behalen

ervan genoeg calorieën hebt verbrand om op gewicht te blijven.

1. Klik op Dagelijks activiteitsdoel aanpassen.

2. Klik op Nieuw activiteitsdoel instellen.
