4 General Recommendations for Use

• The intensity control allows you to regulate the intensity of the massage

as required. Start at a gentle speed and progressively increase it,

depending on your sensitivity to the massage.

• If using special treatment creams (firming and anti-cellulite creams, for

example), apply these after the massage, which prepares the skin and

its tissues to absorb the ingredients.

We always recommend you use a moisturising lotion after the massage.

You can apply the cream using either the “wavy surface” head (10) or the

“flat roller” head (12).

• Do not apply creams when using the protective fabric (13) on the “wave-

shape” head.

5 Recommended Treatment Duration

• Apply a 2-3 minute massage on the abdomen and a 5 minute massage

on the legs and buttocks. You may establish the duration of the massage

depending on your sensitivity. The total treatment must be

approximately 15 minutes.

• Do not use the appliance for more than 15 minutes. Using the appliance

continuously for more than 15 minutes may cause it to overheat,

reducing its life. Let it cool down before continuing use.

• Use Sculptural every day until you notice the results, which may be

subsequently maintained by using it three days a week. To maintain the

results over the long-term, adapt your lifestyle habits and food.
