SFATURI PRACTICE
Dacă alimentele – carne, peşte etc. sunt tăiate în bucăţi mici, acestea se vor
găti mai repede decât dacă sunt tăiate în bucăţi mari.
Vă recomandăm ca, pentru prepararea pe grătar, să folosiţi carne fragedă. În
cazul în care carnea pe care doriţi să o gătiţi este tare, vă recomandăm să
o fezandaţi (de exemplu în lapte) cu o seară înainte.
Fructele, cum ar fi ananasul şi papaya, conţin o enzimă care rupe legăturile
proteinelor. Astfel, carnea se frăgezeşte.
Evitaţi să înţepaţi carnea, pentru a preveni uscarea acesteia. Dacă doriţi să
o luaţi, folosiţi cleşti.
Încercaţi să întoarceţi alimentele doar o singură dată deoarece, dacă le în-
toarceţi de mai multe ori, acestea se vor usca.
Dacă doriţi să întoarceţi peşte, folosiţi o spatulă lungă şi plată.
Puteţi folosi grătarul ca pe o tavă, ducându-l direct la masă pentru a păstra
alimentele calde. În acest scop, scoateţi-l din priză.
