ble or worktop, to prevent children from pulling
it and causing the appliance to fall.
· Remove all elements from the inside or outsi-
de of the appliance used for protection during
transport or for sales promotions, such as pa-
per or plastic bags, plastic sheets, cardboard
and stickers.
· Do not touch the appliance with wet hands
when in operation.
· Do not use the appliance on wet surfaces or
outdoors.
· Never leave the appliance outdoors exposed
to the elements.
· Before plugging in the appliance, check there
is milk or water in the container.
· The milk warmer is not suitable for use in the
microwave.
· The temperature of the milk warmer container
must be high when the appliance is operating.
Do not touch the metal parts of the milk war-
mer while it is operating.
· Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the
oor, if there are visible signs of damage or if
it has a leak.
CAUTION! When you want to dispose of the
appliance, NEVER throw it in the rubbish bin.
Take it to the CLEAN POINT or waste collection
centre closest to your home for processing. You
will thus be helping to take care of the environ-
ment.

USE
+ This appliance has only been designed for
warming milk and liquids, and for preparing
hot chocolate. Do not use it for any other
purpose.
+ Do not use the appliance to heat any other
type of liquids other than milk, water, coffee,
liquid or chocolate.
+ Completely remove all the elements inside
or outside the appliance that were used for
packing and transporting it.
1 Insert the cord connector (5) into the con-
nector (6) on the base (7) of the milk war-
mer.
2 Raise the lid (3) and pour the milk into the
milk warmer. The quantity of milk must be
between the MIN and MAX marks.
3 Plug the pin (4) into the mains.
4 Switch the appliance on by using the On/Off
switch
The pilot light will come on.
HEATING MILK
1 Wait a few minutes until the milk has rea-
ched the required temperature.
We recommend keeping the lid closed while
the appliance is operating, to prevent skin
from forming.
+ Once the maximum temperature (80ºC) has
been reached, this temperature will remain
constant but without boiling.
PREPARING HOT CHOCOLATE
1 Break the chocolate up into pieces for better
dissolution.
2 Add the pieces of chocolate to the milk.
3 Stir gently from time to time using a wooden
spoon until an even mixture has formed. Do
not use abrasive products that could dama-
ge the coating.
4 Add more chocolate or milk to the mixture to
obtain thicker or thinner chocolate, depen-
ding on your preference.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Never submerge in water to clean it.
+ Clean the appliance before using it for the
rst time, and after it has not been used for
some time.
+ Clean the milk warmer immediately after use
to prevent traces of milk or chocolate from
adhering to it.
